Lofray's Rotation Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Lofray's Rotation, you agree to the following terms.
Membership Structure
Membership allows access to a curated rental wardrobe.
Members may have up to two styled looks per week.
Membership Fee
Membership is billed monthly at the current membership rate.
Fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Garment Care
Members agree to treat all garments with care.
Items should not be washed or dry cleaned by the member. Garments should be returned as worn, and Lofray's Rotation will handle cleaning.
Returns
Garments must be returned promptly when exchanged are requested or when membership is cancelled.
Late returns will result in late fees.
Damage Policy
Normal wear is expected. However, members may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if garments are returned with significant damage, stains, or missing components.
Lost Items
If a garment is lost or not returned, the member is responsible for the replacement value of the item.
Membership Limits
Lofray's Rotation maintains a limited membership to preserve the integrity of the collection and availability of garments.
We reserve the right to limit, pause, or modify membership availability.
Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
Agreement
By joining Lofray's Rotation, members acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
