Refund Policy

Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. 

Once a billing cycle has begun, membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation must occur prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. 

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. 

Garment Returns

Members are responsible for returning rented garments according to the guidelines outlined in the Membership Agreement.

Late returns may result in additional fees.

Damaged or Lost Items

If an item is returned with damage beyond normal wear or is not returned, members may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. 

Shipping Issues

 

If a shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.
