Reservation Pricing
Each reservation is priced individually based on the occasion, garments selected, and rental period.
Most reservations range from $50–$175.
Your final reservation price will always be confirmed before payment is required.
Payment
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Payment secures your selected garments for the agreed reservation period.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact Lofray's Rotation as soon as possible.
Because each reservation is personally curated and garments are held exclusively for you, cancellations made after a reservation has been confirmed may be subject to cancellation fees.
Garment Returns
Your Reservation Confirmation email will include your scheduled return date.
All garments must be returned by that date using the provided return instructions.
Late returns may result in additional fees, especially if they affect another customer's reservation.
Damaged or Lost Items
Normal wear is expected.
Customers are responsible for excessive damage beyond normal wear, including permanent stains, tears, burns, missing accessories, or alterations.
If a garment is lost or not returned, the customer is responsible for the replacement value of the item.
Reservation Availability
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability.
Reservations are confirmed only after you receive your curated proposal, approve your look, and complete payment.
